  Sales staff are fine, Jonathan was helpful and easy to do business with and all charges were explained. Though as he works part-time, response times can take a couple of days. Installation is a little rough, drop-it off, fit it in, and run. Their service staff are better; professional, frank, and knowledgeable. We bought a Bluestar RCS 30, love the range, dislike the quality issues with the door and drip tray misalignment. Karl's came out and confirmed the quality issues. We've been working with Bluestar to try and resolve them, they remain. Overall, I do not recommend Bluestar, they have simple manufacturing quality issues that should not be there given the price. But this review is about Karl's, which is generally OK, hence the 4 star rating.

  Just went to Karl's appliance in Madison and walked in with my husband and 2 kids. There were quite a few salesmen just sitting around and a few on computers. There really weren't may people in the store either, maybe one other family. Not a single person said "hello" to us the entire 15 minutes we were in the store! We were looking to purchase a Miele dishwasher and we didn't get a single acknowledgement! A few men just looked over at us but then looked away......what the hell! We had showered and looked presentable and I knew exactly what I wanted as well. The kids were even behaving them selves too. I'll never go there again. They just lost an easy $1500 sale!
